Kids' Kick Program: (4-9 years old)
The goal of our Kids' Kick program is for children to have fun while they are learning a valuable martial art and reaping the benefits of exercise.
Students in our program learn to focus mentally and gain confidence in their physical abilities and strength.
Our Kids' Kick curriculum was designed with the developmental needs of children ages 4-9 years old in mind.
Kids' Kick at Boston Sanda Kickboxing is run by by professional educators and experienced martial artists who have been teaching children for over 10 years.
We understand that children learn best in a safe and stimulating environment. Through games and activities kids learn the basics of Sanda Kung Fu— basic punching, kicking, traditional kung fu exercises and rolling techniques.
Sanda training on all levels emphasizes focus, effort, self-discipline, achievement, and growth.
Our Kids' Kick program helps students develop respect for themselves and others on both a physical and psychological level.
Students are encouraged to learn at their own rate, but testing is required for advancement to assure safety and that proper training skills are learned with consistent attendance.
